QA Team Lead
We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineering Lead to drive and own quality across our Retail MarTech platforms, backend services, data ecosystems, and GenAI-powered capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, and customer experience.
You will be responsible for ensuring that customer-facing journeys, personalization engines, and decisioning platforms are reliable, scalable, and compliant. In addition, you will lead and mentor an offshore QA team while embedding quality practices deeply across the SDLC—from design through delivery—to enable faster, safer, and more predictable releases.
