Key Responsibilities:
Adobe Target Implementation and Management
• Implement and maintain Adobe Target solutions for website and mobile platforms.
• Configure and manage A/B tests, multivariate tests, auto-allocation tests, and personalized
experiences.
• Integrate Adobe Target with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, and third-party
solutions.
• Develop personalization strategies using customer data and behavior analytics.
Technical Expertise
• Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP, and XML configuration.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues, including configuration and integration challenges.
• Support and troubleshoot test setups and deliver custom site experiences.
Collaboration and Strategy
• Partner with digital marketing teams to define and execute targeted campaigns.
• Work with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, marketers) to assess the technical
feasibility of tests and experiences.
• Collaborate with web analytics teams to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics.
• Align with user experience designers to ensure consistency with the design system and branding.
Optimization and Analysis
• Develop and execute a roadmap for ongoing optimization and personalization efforts.
• Analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations to optimize website/app experiences
• Stay updated on Adobe Target features and industry best practices to drive innovation.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech/BE) mandatory; Master’s optional.
• Experience:
5+ years of overall experience with minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Adobe Target
for A/B testing and personalization.
Proven track record of delivering measurable results through personalization strategies.
Experience with Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks, mobile, and email
implementations.
Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
• Technical Skills:
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, HTTP, XML, and tools like Postman.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform tools like CDP, AJO, or CJA is a plus.
• Certifications: Adobe Target certification is highly desirable.
• Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Principal Analyst experienced in Adobe Journey Optimizer to join our team in a Solution
Consulting role. This position involves hands-on solution implementation, supporting clients in adopting the Adobe
Experience Cloud to enable business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development and Implementation
• Develop, test, and implement Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) campaigns and workflows based on business
requirements and marketing objectives.
• Configure and test multi-touch campaigns to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging.
• Develop and code email templates using HTML, CSS Modules, and JavaScript.
2. Platform Configuration and Integration
• Implement and configure AJO features such as journey orchestration, triggers, automations, actions,
messages, and offers.
• Create AJO events, delegate email subdomains, and set up IP warming strategies, IP pools, and channel
surfaces.
• Build data models and configure data schemas in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to ensure proper
mapping of classes, field groups, identities, and attributes.
• Leverage AEP APIs and SDKs to stream data from different application connectors.
3. Solution Design and Delivery
• Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and design solutions using AEP and AJO to meet
their needs.
• Implement data ingestion, data modeling, segmentation, and personalization in AJO.
• Design custom workflows, validation rules, and automated alerts for efficient marketing processes.
4. Data Management and Quality Assurance
• Apply data quality rules, validate data quality, and ensure proper data synchronization.
• Provide guidance on best practices for data classification, retention, and privacy.
5. Troubleshooting and Support
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AEP and AJO, including data integration and system
errors.
• Perform proactive problem diagnosis and collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as developers and
data engineers, to ensure project success.
6. Knowledge Sharing and Mentorship
• Share expertise with team members and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
